Council planning registers are checked daily for new applications — 25 councils live so far; the state's building permit records (123,461 permits, all 82 councils) are added each quarter as the State releases them. New councils are added every week — and where a council asks automated tools to stay out, we respect that and work with them instead.
Each record is classified: what's being built, what it's worth, and which trades the job will need — from excavation at the start to blinds and landscaping at the end.
